At Cevyne, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. All orders are carefully processed and shipped from our fulfillment facilities within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, promotional events, or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Times
For orders within the United States:
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment
Most orders arrive within this timeframe; however, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Unforeseen logistical issues
In rare circumstances, orders may experience longer transit times and can take up to 30 business days to arrive due to circumstances beyond Cevyne’s control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but Cevyne cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
Cevyne is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer-provided information.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the package is shared with the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property and with household members
- Contact your local carrier
- Contact us so we can assist with the next steps
Cevyne is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, Cevyne primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, updated shipping options and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.
